Sada Architects is a young progressive design office in the field of architecture and interior. We work throughout the country for private and business clients. Our commissions consist of renovations, villas, apartment buildings, office buildings, interiors and public buildings. Regardless of the scale, our designs consistently combine pragmatism with surprising invention.  

We believe in the combination of design with research and put people at the centre of our work.

Architecture is not an autonomous discipline but part of the public domain. for us, the process of design starts with analyzing a project in the context it will exist in. In a clear way we present various conceptual designs that influence the spatial, social, ecological and economic context. We indicate all the opportunities and whether they meet the ambitions of our clients. The concept obtained serves as a guideline for the further elaboration of the design in the various design phases. We pay a lot of attention to details, the use of natural materials, craftsmanship and innovation and we strive for the lowest possible energy consumption.

Sada Architects was founded in 2018 and is led by 2 partners, Sara Bilge and Aday Citgez.

Sara Bilge previously worked at Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) in Rotterdam. During her time at OMA Sara worked on various projects under the direct supervision of Rem Koolhaas. Sara has mainly worked on large-scale international projects including: Axel Springer Campus (office) in Berlijn, Hamad International Airport (masterplan) in Doha, Parc des Expositions (museum/gallery) in Toulouse, Skolkovo; Russia’s new ‘Silicon Valley’, near Moskou. Aday Citgez previously worked at Van der Linde Architecten in Deventer. As a project architect, Aday led the design for a wide range of projects including: prefab homes in the Netherlands and Germany, luxury villas in the Netherlands, luxury holiday resorts Tuscany in Aruba, various large-scale housing projects in the Netherlands, including NOW in Utrecht and Villamenten in Zutphen.
